Maintenance method
1.The hydraulic oil maintenance of the swing motor can be maintained at the same time as the entire hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil needs to be replaced every 2,000 hours. The gear oil of the rotary reducer needs to be replaced every 1,000 hours.
2.In daily operation, we need to observe the gear oil level of the rotary reducer from the dipstick. In some cases, abnormal loss of lubriing oil will be found, and we need to open the observation port of the large ring gear (bottom of the boom cylinder, butter filling port) , check whether the lubriing oil leaks into the large ring gear cavity through the sealing ring of the rotary reducer.
Theory
1.The slewing motor is a key component of the excavator's slewing mechanism. It converts the oil pressure provided by the main pump into mechanical energy and inputs it to the reducer. Its working performance will directly affect the rotation speed, driving torque, and rotation of the entire machine. Parking and parking brakes are key to determining the productivity of the entire machine.
2.After the excavator has been working for a long time, the swing motor often appears weak in rotation and unstable in rotation. At this time, it is necessary to replace the internal parts based on the test results.
